Shipping and returns
- Free worldwide shipping: Our current shipping policy states a 14-business-day shipping estimate. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for $7–$10.
- 30-day returns: Contact moissanright@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return details: Accepted returns are sent to Berkeley, CA, USA. A return shipping label and instructions are provided after the return is accepted. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
- Refund timing: Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
